Callers are answered by an AI voice assistant
When you call a business that uses Callheard, your call may be answered by an AI voice assistant that works for that business. It is software, not a person.
It says it is AI when asked
If you ask, the assistant always tells you it is an AI assistant. It never claims to be a person.
Calls may be recorded and transcribed
Calls may be recorded and transcribed for the business that uses Callheard, so the business can follow up on your request and check the quality of the answers. By default, the assistant mentions recording at the start of the call.
Who processes the call
Voice and AI processing is done by ElevenLabs and Google Gemini on our behalf.
Live demo
On our live demo page you can talk to demo agents in your browser. Calls on that page are processed by ElevenLabs and may be recorded to improve the service.
